Shipping

  • Every package will be securely packed (I use bubble wrap and cardboard boxes) and send worldwide from Poland. We send orders by mail or by FedEx.

  • Shipping parcels to United States via USPS
    Due to the temporary situation of suspension of parcel shipments to the USA by European post services, we are able to ship orders to the USA via USPS once a week (on Tuesdays).
    How it works: After your purchase, we pack your order and create a USPS shipping label (you will get tracking number). Once a week we ship all orders to Germany and then they are sent to the USA.
    Processing time: 1 day up to 1 week (we ship parcels every Tuesday, our time zone)
    Delivery time: about 2-4 days (from Poland to Germany) plus another 10-12 days (from Germany to USA)
    Duties/Taxes: US customers pay duty/tax at checkout, so all orders will be sent out duties paid (DDP), so there's no extra/unexpected costs when receiving your order.
    Shipping costs: $11 per package.

  • Shipping parcels by MAIL (except the USA)
    We send orders as priority registered letters with tracking numbers, so you can track your package on the carrier's website available in your country (for example Royal Mail in United Kingdom).
    Your signature is required to receive a package, so you can be sure that the package will not be delivered to someone else.
    Shipping parcels by mail is relatively cheap, but delivery time may vary on where you live (even few weeks for overseas parcels).

  • Shipping parcels by FEDEX
    We can send your order by FedEx International worldwide.
    In addition to your postal address, we will also need your telephone/mobile phone numer (it's require when shipping by FedEx, so they may contact you about delivery time). You can also give us your e-mail address to receive shipping notifications in your language.
    Shipping parcels by FedEx is more expensive, but overseas deliveries take 2-3 days (European deliveries: 1-2 days).
